My stay at this hotel was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a good sleeping experience, but I faced multiple issues that greatly affected my overall impression. While I appreciated the larger suite and decent kitchen setup, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fell short, which is not what I expect from this brand.

I recently stayed at TownePlace Suites while transitioning to a new home, and it was a great experience overall. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, which made our stay comfortable, especially traveling with two dogs. The hotel was clean and the kitchens were useful for our family. However, some issues like the smoke from a neighboring guest and a trickling shower took away from the experience a bit.
